Serpentine surveys a colorful, beaming CONTROL PANEL full of all manner of data on The Aquarian Dragon and her present capabilities. She sighs, shaking her head.

But in order to TIMELINE JUMP, you gotta unlock the Portal to said Timeline by tuning yourself to its exact FREQUENCY.​
And right now, the Ark's RESONANCE LEVEL is not strong enough...

On top of this, she desperately needs more SACRIFICES made to her COSMIC FIRE ENGINE in order for her to have enough ASTRAL POWER make such a massive jump. AP Reserves right now couldn't be lower, I can barely do anything.

Bits are converted to STAYING POWER (SP). When this gauge becomes full Serpentine has enough stamina to offer additional oracles.
**This gauge unlocks at a future RL and resets each stream.
